Rich in antioxidants that promote a healthier lifestyle, our raspberries are the way to go. We harvest at the peak of ripeness to ensure that every berry is full of delicious flavor. Although it varies slightly from year to year, our small family farm typically harvests around 175 acres of raspberries each season. Because we are always searching to bring our customers the best berry, we have multiple varieties of red raspberries:
Varieties
– Wakefields: A deep red, medium sized berry that maintains its shape well–making it the ideal choice for IQF.
– Wakehavens: A new player in the field. Brighter in color and larger in size than the Wakefield.
– Meekers: The standard berry of the industry for many years. A classic choice with great flavor.
